Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
CCPA / CPRA disclosure — last updated July 17, 2026
We do not sell or share your personal information
Calsanova does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. This applies to all users, not only California residents, and includes your health data, food logs, body measurements, lab values, and coach conversations.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out to exercise — this page is the disclosure the law requires us to make available.
Your California privacy rights
You can exercise your rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information directly in the app: Settings → Privacy provides full data export and account deletion (erasure covers every personal-data table we hold, enforced by automated completeness checks). You will not be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right.
Questions or requests we can help with directly: privacy@calsanova.com. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
If this ever changes
If Calsanova ever begins selling or sharing personal information as defined by the CCPA, we will update this page BEFORE doing so, provide a functional opt-out mechanism, and honor Global Privacy Control signals.
